The hotel and staff were completely satisfying. Such a cozy and clean place for staying. We stayed there twice and we were content. The only negative point that comes to my mind is that the location is not that much good and rooms doesn't have any view.

Great place and 5 star service. Remedie and Frankie are very helpful and friendly. We felt safe and comfortable. GM Issam personally approached and talked to us. Highly recommended and I will surely return and stay longer.

The rooms are really spacious and the housekeeping is amazing, very clean and organized. Remedie and Ahmad in reception helped me and my friend check in and out really fast and were very welcoming. Its also close to MOE around 8 minutes walking

Hazel on reception very nice and accommodating. The tourist person very good and informative. Hotel is very clean and welcoming breakfast very good also. The hotel is ideally situated for the Mall of the Emirates and metro. Supermarkets and restaurants close by

It is a clean hotel, located very close to the Mall of Emirates. For the price I paid, it was more than I expected. Friendly staff , decent breakfast. I would say if you want a decent hotel in a cheap rate, this is for you.
